Professor Paul Kellogg and University of Minnesota researchers Keith Goetz, Steve Monson and Jonathan Kappler are part of the WAVES Radio and Plasma Wave Investigation Team on the Wind spacecraft. The WAVES investigation will provide comprehensive coverage of radio and plasma wave phenomena and permit several kinds of measurements essential to understanding the Earth's space environment and its response to changing solar wind conditions. The Wind spacecraft is part of the Global Geospace Science Program.
